Going up next weekend to paris landing, and was wondering where to start looking for crappie at up there. I know where the bass are, but not the crappie.

Power lines in the Big Sandy is always hot.Just look for the line of boats and join em.

was up there most of the day Sat and had a really good day fishing along the creek channel below the power lines in 23'-26'of water. Water temp was 43-46 degrees and fish were hugging cover in deep water but should change soon as the water warms. I didn't catch any hogs but caught very few fish under 10" mostly 1/1/2 lb fish

My buddy always put in at Antioch and went out to the big island and then floated towards the powerlines.

He pulls roadrunners and wears them out for sure.

I can remember pulling some hogs out from under the lines.
