Misc. things in the man cave, fishing lures and what the wife calls Junk!

NASCAR......

Sheds, "good pile"

Wow! Nice collections! I'm working on starting an arrowhead one, but I have a nice mineral collection as well...I've had help from my geologist uncle. Favorite is a green fluorite from Europe (forgot the exact location at the moment). Also got a meteorite from Russia (not the latest one haha).

I have many many more to post, this is all a tiny fraction. Most of my collection was mined by me, if I get time, I will label them on here.

Civil War stuff:

My best button....VMI Cadet button from the Civil War

Not significant but cool...a Civil War minie ball in a section of tree.

Civil War plates I've dug:

A couple pickers of gold:

This one was crazy...was in Georgia Civil War relic hunting with my uncle. Got a signal on my detector...start digging and noticed the dirt changed to black about 6" down. Out comes an arrowhead! A few flint chips...and then ANOTHER arrowhead. Two in one single hole...and the kicker? A dropped Civil War minie ball that was originally giving the signal. An overlapping camp site hundreds of yrs apart.

More civil war bullets:

Finds from a small skirmish site in Cleveland, TN:

A Civil War bullet carved into a penis:

Civil War bullet mold and a caltrop.

Another nice rare button...a Pennsylvania National Guard staff officer button...

I sold most all my collection of stuff. All I have left are memories and pictures. I said I would never sell anything but when a man gets in a tight spot, sometimes he has to do whats in the best interest of the family.
