Hmm....
I'd say he was planning an occupation.
An occupation by a "civilian national security force".
Remember in 2008, when Obama said this during a speech.....“We cannot continue to rely only on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives we’ve set. We’ve got to have a civilian national security force that’s just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded.”
Well, by God, he's building it before our very eyes.
Are all the guns, ammo, equipment for Obama's "Civilian National Security Force"??

Saw this on Beck a few days age:
DHS purchased 1.6 Billion rounds of ammo recently
How much ammo is that?
During the height of the iraq war our 100-125k troops fired 5.5 million rounds a month. At this rate it would take 24 years to fire 1.6 billion rounds. No mention was given to how many guns were needed to fire all those rounds.

Well, since it's too difficult to make an AR illegal to own a good backdoor strategy (short term anyway), is to keep all the ammo off the store shelves. AR's aren't much good without bullets...
