I have not shot any rifle with the Sako made barrels that would not shoot at least pretty good and a couple are extremely accurate.
I have been looking at the Tikka 308 Tactical rifle and it may be my next project..

I have owned them in .308, .243, 30-06 and .223. All were fabulous shooters and liked a variety of ammo. I still have the Tikka T3 Varmint in .223 and it is crazy accurate.

I have a Left Hand Tikka T3 Hunter in 260 Rem. It's freaking awesome. I don't care for the plastic stocked T3's. There is nothing wrong with them, I just hate the plastic stocks they put on them.

I have the older Tikka 695 in the 270 and it shoots the 130BT well but it really likes the 130 barnes. I hated the plastic stock so much, last summer my daughter and I painted it. In the years to come it'll bring the memories back of that day that my daughter helped me with painting it. I have 2 girls so she'll be getting that rifle for sure.

Heck yea. I'm glad to hear all the positive reviews. Plan on shooting some when the weather gets better. I've got some 130 grain Ted Nugents and some Federal Fusion that I'm gonna put thru it. Then probably have JCalder handload some for it.

Got one in 270, 3 shot groups under 1/4 at 100 yards all day long with federal premium 130 gr nosler ballistic tips! That bullet also is great for deer!! I've been hunting with it since 2008 and love it! The rifle will definitely outshoot me! I have shot a few 3 shot groups at 100 yards that made one hole.
