TWRA Budget for 2013?

Just got off the KY Dept of Fish and Wildlife site. They published their budget for 2013 ($48.6 million) and how the money is collected and spent.
Does the TWRA publish this information and if so, where? I checked the website and had no luck.

I will give you all a little info though on these numbers to make sure they are not miss-interrupted if you look at actual year that is probably close of what a budget is the estimated year will have inflated numbers that will or may not materialize. When the state agencies get a budget it comes with strings one is that they over appropriate and expect you give some money back. Also if you do not get the revenue in you can not spend the money. I am not sure how much of the state is lisc money as they will are all over the board on how they classify some of these things. Like health related boards pay a lisc fee but it comes into the state general fund but is dedicated to the self sufficiency of the boards. It would be nice if there was a standard way that state govts would budget and operate so the public could compare how we do. I know TN is more efficient then others but not sure if you can compare apples to apples.
