I don't see this paper license lasting a year in my wallet, I would like to laminate it. If I fold it in half and laminate it it wont fit in my wallet.
Can I sign my name 2" above the signature line, right below the
TRANS FEES($3.00) TOTAL:$138.00
Then when folded and laminated it will fit in my wallet.

Sorry, without seeing what information might be cut off, I can't say if it would be OK or not.
My guess is it probably would be fine, but if some needed info isn't there it could be a problem.

If I do mine online, is it okay to make it print smaller? I don't want to reduce it and inadvertently break a rule.

I can always put it in a little plastic baggie if it has to be full size.
