Getting bullet out of CVA Wolf

I know this is probably a really stupid question, but I was shooting my muzzy yesterday and I pulled the trigger, and nothing happened. I replaced the primer and tried again, nothing happened. I need to get the bullet and powder out, because I'm assuming I got some bad powder, can I just use the rod to push the bullet out? Or will this damage the barrel? Any help and suggestions are appreciated

You should be able to take the breechplug out, turn the barrel up and let the powder fall out (might have to tap on the side of the barrel to get it to fall out) and then push the bullet out from the breech end. It will not damage the barrel at all. I have done this many times with my Knights after the season ended and I had a loaded charge in the barrel.

Have you checked how far your ramrod goes in ?? Are you sure the powder made it in the barrel ??Was the barrel very dirty causing the primer hole to be blocked ?? I've seen both happen. As mentioned above pull the plug and push the bullet out.
