Rifles to be used during m/loading season and we can't here in TN.
Serious question, I am hoping a TN Game Warden may be on the forum.
I would love to use my 45-70 , I just love to shoot it.
My family in MS borrow it to use during there season.

The answer is quite simple. They want to and do not care if it is muzzleloading or not. TN does care. I don't know why, they just do.
