Is the minimum length for sauger about to change from 14 inches to 15 inches below Pickwick Dam?

below pickwick dam is considered kentucky lake(pg 12 of the fishing guide) sauger lenght limit is 14in same as it always been. Above the dam on Pickwick lake they have to be 15in same as state wide.

Check with Region I. The new Fishing Guide still has it at 14" for KY Lake.

I just checked the Proclamation 12-18 and it says 14" for KY Lake like the Guide.
