Great job, looks tasty. Better watch, smoking can be habit forming! We got a Smoke Hollow electric smoker from Gander Mtn a couple years ago marked down to 100 bucks. It does fine.

I have the same smoker. I do all my sausages, snack sticks, etc. in it. A tip for you....If you get ready to do any links of any kind don't go buy hooks for hanging. Hooks make them hang too low and the bottom links will drag on the bottom of the smoker. Go get you a couple of aluminum rods and cut them to length (inside wall to inside wall) and then flatten both ends so that they'll rest on the top shelf of the smoker without rolling. Just drape your links over them for cooking.
I'm also about to order me a thermometer for testing meat temperature. It sits on top of the unit with a probe on a cable that will allow you to have a constant reading on meat temps without having to open the door of the smoker to do it. Every time you open the door to check it you lose all of your heat and it takes 20 minutes or so to build it back up.
The only problem I've had with mine is getting the oven temperature high enough. Sometimes it works fine and sometimes it won't get hot enough.
