I recently bought a model 336bl.Any suggestions on mounts and scope .I know I want to put a scope of 4x or lower on it.

i like the see thru mounts on them simply for hammer clearance and height really makes a difference with cold fingers

Look at the Nikon Omega ML scope. 1.65X to 5X, low profile, and very good eye relief.
