I dont see how its a civil matter either. Thats stealing from the goverment, seems it would federal or something.

Times have changed. Magazines were Class 9 disposable when I was in. Just walk down to the suppply room and tell them you needed some.

I bet I had 60 or 70 when I got out. And a ton of those crappy Beretta mags too.
