Scheduled for my fusion surgery on my L5 Tuesday morning. Starting to get a little nervous now as time get near. Went and got fitted for my back brace yesterday and registered.

My son had it done a couple of years back. It helped him until he pulled something about 3 months ago. Now the doc says the disks above and below the fusion need done as well. Good luck with yours and I bet all goes well.

This is something I have read a lot about, where it puts pressure on the disk above and below it. I know once done I'm going to have to be careful or I will do the samething.
