The owners of the lodge who also owned a business here in knoxville, got raided by the FBI, IRS, and treasury dept this morning. When 50 federal agents show up at your office and cart out boxes of stuff. It has hit the fan.
I said last fall it was a scam, and got berated here for saying so. Seems my gut feeling and what I knew was dead on.
If the rumors about the laws which were broken are true, there is serious prison time ahead.
Big trouble for all involved if the allegations are accurate and for a good friend who works for them I hope he is clear of any wrong doing. My prayers are with he and his family, but not the owners.

The IRS and Treasury don't show up for crap like murder. The FBI is along to proceed with search and seizure operations of files, computers, etc etc.
I hope you know they award prison time for crimes other than murder.

Maybe you could enlighten us and tell us what they did.
Game law violators very seldom get serious jail time.
The deer poachers from Ft.Campbell did zero time in jail.
I'm pretty sure the feds were involved there also.
