I'm there. No mortgage or anything. Been like this for 12 months now. Still haven't made a major purchase.
We are considering buying some land if we find the right deal.

We have paid off everything except our home. Didn't use Dave's plan, just paid like crazy. Feels good.

People were doing it for years before Dave came along....
It really boils down to common sense spending and managing your money.... no need to pay for that.

I agree to a certain extent Griz, but I learned a lot during the 13 week course. It was some of the best money I ever spent. Would I buy Dave's special envelopes? No. But taking his course taught me a ton and listening to his radio program keeps me motivated.
