I'd set up a trail cam.... get some pics...

Then wait and watch.... when his dog craps in your yard, run out and scoop it up in a shovel than take to him and say, your dog left this in my yard.... where should I leave it?

I used to have this problem...then I discovered the answer.
I poured bacon grease all over the poop.

Then I watched the neighbors dog come over and eat his own poop, and go back home. I assume he would get the squirts after a few hours.
Every morning I would inspect the front yard. If there was poop there, I would pour the bacon grease on the poop. The poop was always gone by the time I got back from work.

Anyway, just kept pouring the bacon grease, and eventually there were no dogs pooping in my yard.

I think people caught on...

Get naked. Get your wife to put a collar on you and take you for a walk (on all fours). Walk up to their porch, squat, grunt and leave a pecan log behind. Scratch up grass and wife gives you a dog bone then trot happily back to your house.
