I have an opportunity to change service to AT&T and save quite a bit of money . I haven't really heard anything about there tv service . I anyone has there tv and Internet through them please tell me what you think ... Also how about their cell service ?

We changed to AT&T U-Verse from charter. We are happy with it all around. I was going to save a bunch of money also but when you add in the tax and everything they never tell you about its just about the same as our charter other then we have 2 dvr's now and with charted we did not have them. but all in all we love it

warning!
be very specific with att and if you can record your conversation with them
at least write down the names and date and time of your conversation
i didn't get the tv just the u verse and home phone
what they tell you and what gets done is hardly the same
it took about 6 months to get mine straightened out
i'm only home probably 8-9 days out of the month and leave everthing turned off when i'm gone
and i was getting astranomical bills
i was spending several hours on the phone with them trying to resolve the billing and and finally told them to shut it down
well they got it straightened out and i've am getting bill like they initially said i would
but it was awful getting to this point
