Man,you must be hardcore to shed hunt out there, its all straight up and down, with a fairly low deer population, compared to other places, maybe around the camping area would produce some sheds.

The hills aint too bad on me, I still have young legs. And Ive got some real nice bucks on camera up there, and I always have pretty good luck up there... Hope to find some sheds

They are biting right now. We had an awesome day Saturday. We caught close to 25 with most of them being brown fish. We were fishing a tourney and had 5 keeper smallmouth that weighed right at 17 lbs. The only problem is that we got beat. 5 smallmouth won with 19.57. There was another 19 lb sack that had 4 smallmouth out of the 5. We just couldn't get a big kicker. All of ours were cookie cutter 3 1/4 to 3 1/2. We also caught a ton of 17 to 17 3/4" that were just shy of being keepers. It was a fun day even though we didn't win any money. Lots of fish being caught on a jig and crankbait. We had a good day the Saturday before as well. What part of the lake do you hunt on? PM me if you don't wanna post publicly. I spend quite a bit of time hunting down there as well. What part of the lake, guessing up around Ragland Bottoms?

This past weekend we caught them down the lake towards Edgar Evans. The weekend before we fished close to Ragland.

I fished there today from 10-4. Threw jigs, crankbaits both of them in large and small sizes, finesse worms, 1/8 oz jigs with twister tails, T-rig, caught one 4 1/2 lb smallie. Fished across from ramp 2 at Edgar Evans. Tough day for me. What seemed to be the preferred depth for you guys?

It has been different from day to day in terms of depth and the type of bank. We have caught them from right on the bank out to 35 feet.
