The more I think about this the more I like it. He is rubbing it in the face of the Western European Socialist governments that levy ridiculously high taxes so they can redistribute wealth and fund their bloated government entitlement programs. He's basically saying - "I'm going to sit on my butt, take your money, and breed more Muslims, you liberal fools". Maybe Europe will start to wake up from the Socialist coma they're stuck it.
