He's been talking like that since he got the top cop job in Chicago 2 years ago. He's a pathetic American, a danger to law abiding citizens, and a disgrace to LEO's everywhere. That bum gets paid over $250K a year by the City of Chicago. It's beyond ridiculous.

He was appointed by Rahm Emmanuel who assumed the Mayor's position after Daly. Rahm is a graduate of Evanston School of Ballet, as well as a student of The Joel Hall Dance Center...also has a BA in Liberal Arts....ridiculous
