I'm jealous. I would do just about anything to rewind 21 years and be back in college. Spring break would be coming up. Good times...

I went to college and studied wildlife biology. I think I have 22 hrs left. That was eight or nine years ago. Now I'm a dang floorman! I need to go finish.

It was tough for me too. It didn't come easy and I'd never go back. However I was lucky enough to find employment in my area of study. Most folks I graduated with did not. I think out of the 12 people with the same major only 4 are working in the field.

While you may not stay in your field of choice, a college degree means a LOT in the process of getting your foot in the door in most places... Hang in there - you'll be GLAD you did!

Right now I'm taking 6 hrs. and minus test weeks, I'm around 3 hrs outside work. Test weeks 10 hrs or so. Last semester I had one computer class (3 hr) and homework would take 8-10 hours outside work.

Happiest day of my life was the day I found out I had graduated and passed all my national and state liscense exams. The long journey had finally ended. Four years of college and four years of graduate school seemed a small price to pay for the security that it has provided for me and my family. Stay with it whatever your major and use your degree to your advantage. Good luck.
