For the first time in 20 months of running,I decided i would time myself.So I ran the usual 5 miles today with the stop watch and ran it in 39.07 mins.I was really shocked I ran it that fast.Before I had just been guessing I was running it in 45-50 mins.I must admit,knowing I was being timed,I did run a little faster,so that may have something to do with it,but I didn't push myself to the max either.All in all,im pretty pleased with it.

That's good. I run 4 1/2 miles 3 times a week and it takes me 44 - 46 minutes on average.

I would never make it thru 39 minutes of running. Click's would have to come get the dead body after about 5.

I thought I was doing good to walk a mile and a half every day. 3/4 in the morning and 3/4 in the afternoon. I don't want to rush it.
