I asked this question a long time ago but I can't remember anyone who replied so

Who else plays?

I've been playing guitar since I was 13.. I'm almost 18 now. I still play but not that much. Would like to start playing the violin, banjo, harmonica, and piano too. I'd play guitar more if I were in a band but for now its my Im bored time solution lol

I played trumpet in high school and college. Played piano all my life. Can hack my way through sax, drums, bass, and harmonica. Played keyboards in chattanooga bands for 7 years. Opened up for Confederate Railroad and Kenny Chesney and played Riverbend 3 times. Had to stop cause I couldn't keep up with the long weekend hours while maintaining a full time job and family.

Been plaing bass since 1988. Electric guitar since 1994. Acoustic guitar since 2000.

My next music project is either a banjo, standup bass, or steel guitar.

I play drums and other percussion-type instruments (most recently, a bass guitar case \:D ).

I'm probably going to buy a cajon pretty soon - one of those "box" drums that you sit on while you play. Pretty neat, although it seems like it would give you back problems to play for a long time.

I can't play at all. MY elder brother plays piano, mouth organ, trombone, bass fiddle, trumpet, saxophone, sousaphone, drums, and bongo's. He makes me feel dumb around anything musical. I have a neice was offered a scholarship to Juillard School of Music, piano. Turned it down.

Drums since 1983. I've played roadhouse style dive bars, taverns, clubs, theatres, amphitheatres, and churches. Crowds anywhere from 2 to 2000. Styles from gospel to metal. It has been a wild ride!

I haven't played in a while and I'm starting to get that itch.

I play the drums, have had a kit in my room since I was 13, but i have not played on it in several months. Once I get done cleaning and renovating my man cave, I'll probably warm up on the kit a little. once you start playing you can never get rid of the rhythm, I drum on everything with my fingers without thinking....

also my drum kit is getting a bit crowded out by deer skulls, antlers, and turkey fans! I need a barn or shed! lol

use to hack at the drums and try and keep a beat for my sons as they played but they might disagree if I called it "playing"...

I play guitar, keyboards and sing. Gotta a little honky-tonk band that plays out a couple times a month...mostly in roadhouse style bars in MS and AL.
Although everybody in the band is from the Memphis area, people dont really come out in Memphis to hear live music as much as they once did. We have a much more receptive crowd playing in small town juke-joints.

I started playing the trumpet 18 years ago. At Tennessee Tech, I was the marching band trumpet section leader for two years and played lead in the Golden Eagle Brass. I still play from time to time, but I'll never be as good as I was then. I've been playing the guitar for 15 years but don't play often anymore.
