"Exalted Cyclops"? Lol! I'm sorry, but I can't help but chuckle at some of the KKK rank titles. How did they think these up? Some of the titles sound like something that a group of kids would come up with while playing Dungeons & Dragons.

there are good people still livin in Memphis, but when we move/retire..it will be far far away (New Mexico I hope!) *hit happens

The KKK are a bunch of morons. That said, the 1st Amendment gives them the right to free speech. Just as it gives the NAACP, et al their right to free speech.
I found it interesting that they are wanting to have it on a Saturday. If they wanted their publicity, would'nt they want to have it on a weekday, when more people are downtown?
Either way, my wife said she does not want me downtown when it happens. She wanted me to take the day off if it was during the week.

The Political Correctness machine will not stop until it has erased all forms of Southern White History. It is a shame that the KKK are the only White people willing to protest the renaming of Memphis parks just because their name is not politically correct anymore.
The Daughters of the Confederacy are fighting it, however, if this Klan rally proceeds, they will likey have to back off in order to avoid assoication with the Klan. The Klan getting involved will be the nail in the coffin of the original park names. It is what it is.

If the citizens of the city would leave those idiots alone, nothing would happen. But like the one back in the late 90's, local thugs of the non Klan variety are going to turn it into a riot. The KKK will be on TV talking about how they had a peaceful protest until they were instigated.
Send the Yankees back to Indiana and Michigan.
