Oh man, so many great choices! A few that come to mind right away -

Van Halen - Ain't Talkin' 'Bout Love, Unchained
AC/DC - It's A Long Way To The Top, Back in Black
Metallica - Master of Puppets
Ted Nugent - Stranglehold
Led Zeppelin - Heartbreaker, Whole Lotta Love
Jimmy Hendrix - Purple Haze

but for pure, raw, guitar awesomeness, I don't know how you beat Mr. Hendrix. I love how this intro starts out funky and then gets just NASTY!

Jimi Hendrix - Voodoo Child

If I'm reading your post correctly it's the Guitar intro's to the song not the song itself.

It has to be Lynyrd Skynyrd - I Know A Little

All mentioned so far are awesome.
Here's another.

Badlands - High Wire

IMO - Jake E Lee can rock with the best of them.

I think it really chapped Gene & Paul that Ace's solo record was so good. I LOVE Ozone, and shoulda put it on my list.

And it's not guitar, but the 43-minute organ solo in the middle of "Won't Get Fooled Again"

All of Ace's solo album was amazing. Ozone is one of my favorites as well. All of the Fractured sequels on his later solo albums were great too.

And I agree, Jake E Lee was impeccable in Badlands. Winter's Call is fantastic. Killer of Giants from The Ultimate Sin is great too

There are too many good ones to pick from but a couple of my favorites to play on the guitar are
-Love Song-Tesla
-What You Got-Tesla (check my sig :D)
-Pretty much any song by Metallica has a good intro lol
-Crazy Train
-Great White Buffalo and Cat Scratch Fever-Ted Nugent

I really like the song Whiskey Lullaby so it'll probably be my next song to learn. Brad Paisley is an amazing guitarist and I'd like to learn atleast one of his songs lol

Here is Ace's "Fractured" tetralogy. It's 21 minutes long, but you can skip around if you don't wanna hear the whole thing. "Mirror" and "Quantum" are my favorites, but the whole thing is freakin' amazing. Good to listen to in the background while you're doing other things.
