This makes no sense to me.
Renewing my HCP. The paperwork you fill out says you can mail it in and. Picture is required. They simply use the photo from your license.
However, if you go in to a testing center to renew, you are required to have a new photo taken. Even if your current file photo is only 1 year old!
Makes absolutely no sense to me!
On a side note, the woman at the station said not to get in a hurry, new HCP applications have been outnumbering drivers license applications and they are backed up. I asked the young lady how long that has been going on, and she said it started in November!
Hmmm, wonder why?

If you have a hcp and no guns and your getting it renewed and talking about the picture deal making no sense.. to me not having any guns and getting your hcp renewed ..makes no sense to me...lol
