after I broke the elevation turret off and sent it back to fix that it came back with some kinda trash or something inside the scope,,

I emailed them back that I was not happy and they sent a label via UPS and they called and went on and on how sorry they were and promised quick turn around,,

I was about half mad but they seem like they are gonna make it right,,I was concerned as I had never dealt with Weaver`s CS department,

hopefully they have it fixed this time,,,

I've sent back scopes I broke, scopes that came apart, and every time they sent me a new scope, the equivalent or better. This was a Tasco, a Simmons, a Bushnell, and a Leupold. Very surprised they would turn the same scope back to you. It means they replaced the turret and never looked through it so yeah, you had reason to be ticked. Bet this time you get a new scope.

we will see I guess,,I have sent scopes in to Leupold 5-6 times and got the exact same scope back every time,,

but this may be different,,I am not sure they can fix this one,,

The three scopes I've sent to Leupold, always got the same scopes back but they were right when they came back.

Sent one back to Leupold and one to Burris. With both of them, I had a rep tell me up front that I would probably get my same scope back. They said they would rather repair them than replace them, so the customer knows what they're getting. I'm sure many customers don't want a different scope.

With both, they were like new glass when I got them back.

Cheap scopes like the Tasco's, Simmoms and Bushnells are not worth them fixing. They probably have less than $5-$10 dollars in them and they cant pay a person to even take it apart for that, cheaper to just send you a new one. The more expensive scopes they probably weigh production cost vs repair and make decision based on that whether to fix or not.

the scope is the 3-15 Tactical with Illuminated EMDR FFP .10 Mil clix and 32 mils total travel,,

it is really a nice scope just needs some kinks worked out,,
