Started a salad garden today

Planted onions and spinach in containers today. They are currently under a growlight in my kitchen. Once up, I will move them outside to my cold frame. Will plant lettuce seed next.

man if I lived close by I would grow them out myself, if the family isn't doing so already. RIP gramps you will be missed

This reminds me of when my grandfather passed last year. He had lettuce, brussle sprouts, brocolli, and other things growing. We continued to take care of them until harvest.
