South Ga. has alot of black fox squirrels. I have only seen 2 black grey squirrels in my life in west tn.

I have killed them all my life along the Mississippi River. Had one scare me to death when I was young, I had shot one and put him in the back of my hunting vest, he crawled up on my shoulder , and the dove feathers in the bottom of my vest stuck to his bloody face. I turned and saw that ugly thing and screamed like a baby! My daddy came running and laughed at me and then told everybody at camp. I was driving down a county road one time and had a half black(front half) and white back half. My friend and I jumped out of the truck and shot him, we should have mounted him, but neither of us had the money, still regret that. Memphis
