For a dedicated turkey gun, go with the 8.
That 8 moa circle covers 4 inches at 50 yards, making it not too big, but very easy to see and see quickly.

I shot a speed bead which is essentially the same thing, and have been really impressed. I was going to get an eotech but after looking at them, you couldn't pay me to put one on my turkey gun.

Not sure how the FF3 mounts but I believe Browning is the only company that makes a weaver type mount for the BPS. If it has a continues clamp that can cause a problem because the mount only widens to the weaver style at the ends so you don't have a lot of leeway in where the scope mounts.
The base works great for mounting rings for a traditional scope.
Also the base has to have a relief at the end on the underside to sit above the rear of the rib...

None of that would apply to the FF, it mounts in between the stock and the receiver.

Think you're talking about the Burris SpeedBead rather than the FastFire. Both are essentially the same optical sight, with the main difference being in how they're mounted.

Correct. The "speed bead" is just the mount, currently the FF2 is the sight mounted on the speed bead.
