Infrastructure AGAIN?????
Wasn't that the very reason Obama gave in 2009 for the $787 BILLION Stimulus bill????????
Every year that guy has been president he's gone off on the infrastructure. He NEVER seems to get it done.
Is it bacause his REAL plans are NOT to get anything done????

Note most of the other "stimulus" funds simply went to his cronies in 2009.
EITHER his REAL plans are in fact NOT to get anything done (and use the money for other purposes);
OR, Obama is the most incompetent President we've ever had.
He's either a very smart fraud, or a very incompetent poser.

I just could not watch...I tried...but honestly, why anyone other than elitist could watch this guy is amazing to me. And I know I'm preaching to the choir here....He tries to emulate past presidents in his presentation like having those kids and parents there. Past presidents had war heroes, real heroes and people that have accomplished something useful for America....not, griefing, misguided people trying to make sense of a tragedy in their lives and looking for someone or something to blame
