Don't rule out Kent just because they're cheaper, if you haven't already decided on a shell.

I am thinking of doing the same thing once I shoot up all of my XR.
They had them in their spring magazine.... at the same price as years past... $40 for 3.5" 12ga.

I have decided I am switching back to lead. I love the patterns with the magnublends but I am not paying over $20 for 5 shells. Besides lead always served me well for years at 40 yards. Dead is dead. Just order some winchester double x #5. Cant wait to go to the pattern board.
If you need more, our Wal-Mart had their turkey loads in the glass case last night.... They had the Winchester Double X and Federal Turkey Thug brands.... I picked up a few boxes of 3" & 3.5" XX's....

I don't know how many shells most turkey hunters shoot in a season, but compared to what I pay for leases, gas, equipment and lunch afterward, shells are the least of my expenses.
