I think I've eaten rabbit liver before, but I don't remember trying anything else.
This year has been a flop for me in the bunny department. I've hunted them twice, and killed zero. Last hunt I saw several, but just couldn't get a shot. Makes me want to buy a couple beagles.
To make matters worse, most of my rabbit hunting spots have so much water in them that access is really dicey. I nearly got stuck out there last month trying to find a way back to the truck with my knee-high wading boots.
