To date nothing has been done about the multiple reports of illegal foreign money going to the Obama campaign. Why should we expect the very people who developed this scheme of procuring the illegal foreign money to incriminated themselves? What I'm saying is that Obama and Holder were right in the middle of it making that happen. No way are they going to "do anything about it". We'll never know the extent to which illegal foreign money elected the U.S. President in 2008. AND 2012.
And don't forget it was Bill Clinton who was proven to have revieved millions from the Chinese for his campaigns!

Other than part about the 59 districts in PA, I cant find any other information on the Bill O'Reily website.
................................. The Kelly File Segment Were there voting shenanigans in Philly?
Guests: Megyn Kelly
Considering that some voting divisions in Philadelphia voted unanimously for President Obama, The Factor asked Fox News anchor and attorney Megyn Kelly whether there may have been fraud. "There were 59 voting districts in which Romney got no votes," Kelly reported, "but the same thing happened with John McCain. I haven't heard any reason to think there were any shenanigans. These were almost uniformly black districts, not particularly wealthy, and the Philadelphia Inquirer searched and could not find one Republican. It's not that surprising, although you'd think there would be at least one error."

One huge problem that could have made the fraud difficult to swing the election like it did is due to the fact that 93 million registered voters did not vote.
Who are the non-voters? The survey found that nonvoters are disproportionately young, single, less educated and more likely to be of an ethnic minority than infrequent and frequent voters. 40 percent of nonvoters are under 30 years old, compared to 29 percent of infrequent voters and 14 percent of frequent voters. Infrequent voters are much more likely to be married than nonvoters, with 50 percent of infrequent voters married compared to only 34 percent of nonvoters. 76% of nonvoters have less than a college degree, compared to 61 percent of infrequent voters and 50 percent of frequent voters. Among nonvoters, 54 percent are white or Caucasian compared to 60 percent of infrequent voters and 70 percent of frequent voters.
