Sounds way overpriced to me, for what it is and where it is, but if someone is willing to pay that, guess it's worth it to them.

Yeah if it were 30-45 minutes further west he could get that easy but that far east from Memphis there are better deals to be had.

I spoke with this Lease guy last year, can't be that many 526 acre sites at that location. I would check the place very very carefully.

After I saw the post I told 2 guys in my club about it and they went and checked it out. About 250 acres are field that they plant in corn til harvest and the other is mixed hardwood and cut over. Located in the ne corner of Fayette county and extends into Haywood county.

If it's on Yum Yum across from Hebron I show it to be 419 rotation, 50 pasture, and the rest is woods. I went to look last year as well and just keep driving.
