Looks like the police out there shoots first and asks questions later too many times. They shot at the wrong guy once again.

What i guess is a good thing seeing as how they do it so offten, is they hardley ever hit who thier shooting at.

It seems pretty obvious there is a de facto order to kill on sight.
He probably already crawled up in a hollared out tree and off'd himself . . . .
They probably would have found him by now, dead or alive, if he was within their concentrated search area. He's somewhere else.
