I had forgotten about that program - I'm glad you mentioned it! I need to pull together some info to document a couple of mine.
I caught a bream a long time ago that was ~ 11" that I got mounted (I'll have to go measure the exact length), and a white bass that was 18-19 inches that would qualify.
My biggest freshwater accomplishment came from the MS River - a 68 lb blue catfish (51" long). Unfortunately, I doubt it qualifies...I caught it past the TN state line down into Mississippi. That's too bad.

great fish but most fish are measured to the split in their tail I caught a 15" couple years back...love it... good job... the TWRA instructions say to squeeze the tail together and measure to the tip. But for weight calculating purposes, measuring to the split would be better.  I rarely play in the ponds everything saltwater is measured to the split I know the rules I just giving him a hard time...

The rules are different on measuring saltwater fish depending on the species.
When you pull out the creel limits publication, it's a stinkin' encyclopedia to memorize. A lot of them say something like "24 inches TL" which means "total length", but others will end in an FL, which is "fork length"
I generally print off a table of the most common species and keep it in my tackle box.
The real trick comes when you catch something but you don't know the name of it, LOL
