JohnnyDollar, It is the Tennessee Angler Recognition Program. Pretty interesting I think.
My goal is a TARP bream.

10 inches for a bluegill.. I caught a 9" that was fried up at the vous... I have never caught one that was 10 inches but when they are on the bed I think I will find one.

Wow, that's very interesting. I know you can catch a 10" bream anything Glenn Springs Lake, also a 11" red ear.

Wow, that's very interesting. I know you can catch a 10" bream anything Glenn Springs Lake, also a 11" red ear. What's the secret to fishing that lake? It's mighty nice, but I haven't heard many folks do much good there in recent years. Minimum length on crappie is now only 8".

Yes the minimum has been 8 for about 4-5 years. You can catch pretty much your limit of crappie and bream there. I normally fish for the crappie after the spawn and catch them around 5 foot deep. The bream are usually around the points. There are huge bass and catfish in that lake but I don't really know how to bass fish.
