I'm assuming he is shooting with bead sight. If so you will more than likely need adjustable sights.

Try padding the top of your rear stock. I've used pipe insulation before. They also sell cheek pads. I'm pretty sure if you raise the position of your head on the rear stock it will cause you to shoot higher. It may take a couple of layers to get you where you need to be. Experiment a little with it barely taped down. Once you get it where it needs to be, you can "neaten" your job up with some camo tape.

As an added bonus, the padding will make shooting some of the turkey magnum loads a lot more fun.

mole skin sold at Walgreens, etc is about the best there is

Mine did that when I tried a new set of fiber optic sights. The front bead was way too tall, ended up going back to the original sights.

Add a adhesive foam cheek piece.. your eye is like your rear sight.. raising your eye will raise your poi..(Point of Impact)..
