I have two plots of "No Plow" that are still standing tall. One has hardly been touched. The other has been eaten somewhat. IT's the 1st time I've ever had deer eat brassicas. They are eating the flowers off the plant though much more than the actual leaves as expected. I'm still keeping my hopes high that my deer are learning to like brassicas.

Either you have more deer or they like what you have planted more?

Mine are ate down more than normal, Im wishing I had more acreage in plots. These pics are looking at the same plot with a mix of radish, purple top turnips and crimson clover in the background and winter wheat close to the cam. You can see the turnip and radish in the first pic in November but very little is left in the last January pic.

I checked my plots this past weekend, they are several inches high, turnip and clover are eaten down, but WW is high. They are really hitting the salt licks though.

I had tremendous results with purple top turnips mixed in a few plots this year. Nothing touched them until last week. Now they are being tore up. Maybe I'll find a few sheds in these plots. I had pics of 5 different bucks still carrying antlers last week. Only 1 buck was a 3 year old, the other four are yearlings.

I also planted 1/2 acre of BFO with disappointing results. They grew very well, but for the second year in a row, the deer have not eaten the BF Oats. They destroyed a Winter wheat and turnip plot 50 yards away. I have seen several folks swear by the BFO, but for some reason they are not worth planting on my place.
