All of you who say you would do it again just hang on Grandchildren are on the way. After spending last night and today keeping our seven month old grandaughter, who is a bundle of smiles and hugs.....Amen to WKG
My daughter and granddaughter are coming from CA for the long weekend. I still refuse to change diapers if I can avoid it.

We can all look back at our childrens' growing up with nostalgia. It's natural.
But let me tell you, empty nesting is GREAT!

Don't think I'll ever get to fully be an empty nester...I have four grown kids and five grandsons under the age of six! My sons and I still hunt and fish together but I sure miss it when they were smaller....here we are bustin' some bluegills on a farm pond in TN many years ago...

I feel like mine is growing up way to quick. She will be 3 in april and dang it has went by way to fast. The shape the world is in today makes me dread it even worse then I already would. I REALLY enjoy every step of a little one being around but at times I'd like to stop the days from going by so fast. I know a lot of you guys understand exactly what I'm talking about. I'm sure one day I'll miss the piece and quiet or atleast that's what I'm thinking today anyways.

Our 4 kids were 2 years apart from one another. Now they're grown and there's 6 grandkids. We have at least one of them daily for 4 days a week. What empty nest?????
Ruger...If you miss it that much you could always start over again, lol.
