Balance your intake to your activity rate. I would also advice cleansing your body of the toxins after the weight loss you've had .

For me, learning to eat right is a discipline, and when I get in the groove, I know good and well each time I push that limit. So basically, when you're at your target weight, you just keep you balance from that point on. Set a Panic Point, a weight at which you will again take strict measures to reduce.

You should level off but if you start to lose more than you want, increase your calorie intake with HEALTHY calories. Don't go back to the sodas. Weight can creep up on you if you don't keep track.The panic weight suggestion is a great one. Give yourself a 5 pound variance that you are comfortable with. Congrats on your hard work. I'm proud of you.

I'm the smallest I've been at in years. I'm 6ft tall and I'm down to 165 pounds. I've been working out quite a bit for over a year now. In dec I decided to train to run a half marathon. So that has taken some bad weight off of me. But eating right and knowing how many calories you burning a day and eating a day is what I go by

Yep. Its all about calories. Calories in vs. calories burned. I watch my calorie intake and burn rate like a hawk. As Kate Moss famously said, "Nothing tastes as good as being thin feels." Congratulations on your success.

When I lost my weight (86 lbs), apparently my body knew where it needed to be. Its almost like a light switch went of and I stopped losing. My intention was to lose 75 but still lost the rest naturally, by eating healthy. Its been almost a year since I hit my goal and I have kept it off. Occasionally, I'll eat bad but still eat NO sweets, junk food, or stuff like that. Congrats on your weight loss.

You will level out where your body needs to be. Congrats on the soda. I have gone 23 years without a drop. You have to treat it like an alcoholic treats alcohol.
