I have found shed in fields, woods, thickets, and even found one in a stream.
Way to go chief! I'm gonna have to get out and start looking soon.  I may have told you already, can't remember. It was just down the street from your place.

I have found a few sheds in the past but I am still seeing most of the bucks around here (Hamilton and Rhea counties) are still carrying their gear with them. I'm gonna wait a bit and then try it.

Trust me, I'd trade them for sheds any day. It sucks knowing what could've been.. not that those skulls are big but none of them were mature either. Like I said, very few mature bucks on this property and the reason is obvious.

As I was leaving a few hrs ago I seen a big dog headed up the hill across the road.Grabbed the binos & seen he had a deer head.Wife asked if they might be mine?.Bailed out of the car & looked where I had buried a 7pt.:( gone & so was the dog when I got back to the car.His days are numbered
