JohnnyDollar,
It is the Tennessee Angler Recognition Program.
Pretty interesting I think.

My goal is a TARP bream.

Here is the link that tells all about it.

10 inches for a bluegill.. I caught a 9" that was fried up at the vous... I have never caught one that was 10 inches but when they are on the bed I think I will find one.

Stretch and I were fishing with rsimms a few years ago and he asked if we would be interested in catching some bream.
He had no idea that is my absolute favorite fish to catch.

We caught, best I remember, in the neighborhood of 60+ bream.
ALL of them we kept were 9" to 9 3/4" long.

Been after one ever since.

I will get it this year.

ooh dang that is frustrating. reminds me of summer flounder fishing in NJ. minimum legal length to keep is 18 inches and they all were short... except one guy who was fishing for striper with clams and accidentally caught an 18 inch flounder while reeling in his line.

Wow, that's very interesting. I know you can catch a 10" bream anything Glenn Springs Lake, also a 11" red ear.

What's the secret to fishing that lake? It's mighty nice, but I haven't heard many folks do much good there in recent years. Minimum length on crappie is now only 8".

Yes the minimum has been 8 for about 4-5 years. You can catch pretty much your limit of crappie and bream there. I normally fish for the crappie after the spawn and catch them around 5 foot deep. The bream are usually around the points. There are huge bass and catfish in that lake but I don't really know how to bass fish.
