My job is raising 4 children and I provide for them by doing building maintenance, ie appliance repair, plumbing, electrical repair, hvac, painting, etc.

Cut grass/bush-hog foreclosed properties for banks while the grass and weeds are growing. Do painting/remodeling/home repair through the winter.
