I was tired last night and turned in pretty early.
I was excited because I could sleep as LONG as I wanted to.

2:45 and I was wide awake.
Laid there tossing and turning, got up and got a drink and laid back down.

After about 30 minutes I was tired of that and just got up.

I have always been blessed, I lay my head down, I go to sleep.
I sleep till the alarm goes off, every night, without fail. (Get up at 4:00 every day)

I think this medicine I am on is messing with me. I miss sleeping through the night. \:\(

Could be worse, could be getting ready to go to work instead of just waiting on daylight to get my boat ready to go fishing. \:D

Yeah, pretty sad when you're excited that "The Rundown" came on at 3:30 a.m. \:D

Thats how i am when its not hunting season and i dont have to work. I always stay up as late as possible to try to sleep in. Never happens. stayed up past midnight and was up at 6:30.

Instead of getting to do what i want to do today i have to go in at 11

I have an answer to your problem............it is called Unisom.

I have to take one occasionally to get my mind to shut down if work has been stressful.

I lay awake from 2 AM til 2:45, my mind for no reason racing along with ideas for a television show I'd love to see happen. And you know, the ideas actually stood up to the light of day! Finally just got up and brought my latest read, Robert B. Parker's Spenser novel "Now & Then", and settled in on the couch. Read about 30 minutes and then finished the night up right here in the living room.

I always know I'll pay for it later.
