Kinda had the same problem one time Gramps. Was on the phone with Charter, a pleasant expierence let me add. My 13 year old came inside, got the remote, and the tv changed screens about 4 times and Gun Smoke was back on. She laughed at Gun Smoke on top of that. Anytime it messes up now i just yell SYD!!!!. Bless her heart. She has crawled around unplugging and resetting stuff while i lay there on the couch. I figure, good hands on experience. LOL

Lol, kids sure do know the tech stuff these days.
Mine boys the same, but he sits out back and widdles away at a stick 2-3 times a month so it evens out.

She was about as dumb as I was and could not understand why I was calling to complain. My son came walking by and asked me to give him the phone. He then asked for someone in tech support. He then started talking in some weird type of foreigh laungaue.
