Let me spell it out for ya. D - Department O - Of D - Defense G - Garage E - Experiment  Seriously get the F150 and don't look back. I'm a Ford truck guy and as you know am on my 4th super duty with 1 150 squeezed in there. I like the Cummins motor but it's everything else around them that's junk. That said I was still tempted to buy one a few years ago if I could have found what I wanted but never did so I ended up another 250. So far so good other than the fuel mileage.

There was a recall on that particular failure on some of the 3rd gen. Ram trucks.
I have 6 total Dodge trucks right now and just sold another one a while back. Mileage combined on all of them are pushing 2 million miles.

I know all trucks,cars, or whatever can have problems and this Dodge had more than its fair share. I have a file that's over one inch thick of service records excluding normal maintenance records.
