I say priceless because it once belonged to my great grandpa. he bought it new years ago. I would like to know what year and maybe some of you guys might know how I could find out just how old it is.
it is a Sears, Roebuck and Co. side by side 20ga. it is a Laurona-Eibar (Espana) made in spain. [img] [/img] [img] [/img] [img] [/img] he gave it to me about 25 years ago a year or two before he died. he took great care of it and I have as well. it is a sharp looking gun with lots of engraving on it. how can I tell how old it is?

My brother has one that was bought back in the 60s. It is a really really nice shotgun. One barrel is full choke, the other modified.

I see quite a few Spnaish side by sides for sale by a seller who specializes in curio & relic firearms. Most of them date from the 40s to 50s. I have a 22 that belong to my Grandfather as well, book value around $300. To me it is priceless and will never be sold.
