If the world was getting an enema it would go right thru Memphis!!! I really believe it is the butthole of the United States! not the butthole of the US, just the armpit of Tennessee.

Like I said,been to EVERY state and deal with all the big cities due to our family owned company. Memphis is WELL know for its sense of entitlement amongst outsiders. It's also doing a fantastic job of ruining public schooling!! I have no dog in that fight because my kids have and will always be in private schools. I'm not saying its the worst place in the world but it easily ranks at the top of the list of undesired areas of living from "outsiders". It just decays a little every decade, whitehaven was nice now look at it, hickory hill was nice now look at. I know there are some really nice places in Memphis to live but it won't be long before those places end up just like hickory hill and whitehaven.

Been a few places too and MEMPHIS isn't even close to Cleveland Ohio for nasty. Wont even mention Detroit.
